The market here has a real mix of properties, which I think is one of its biggest strengths. You’ve got townhouses, detached and semi-detached houses, and areas like Riverview Park where people have turned 3-bedroom homes into 5-bedroom ones with some clever extensions.

For those after something more upmarket, the Singlewell area stands out. It’s got a golf course, a really affluent feel, and properties worth well over £1 million it’s proper premium.
