Job Title: Estate Agent

Location:

Gravesend DA11, OR Sittingbourne ME10

Salary:

£22k – £28k plus uncapped commission + Private health care

We are a customer-focused independent estate agent based in Gravesend, Kent, looking to recruit a talented and experienced Estate Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous property sales experience and a proven track record of winning instructions for sales and letting. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and closing deals. Your duties will include:

• Generating leads and winning instructions for sales and letting
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
• Advising clients on the buying, selling, and renting of properties
• Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Managing the sales process from start to finish
• Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional and positive attitude, and be self-motivated. You must be able to work well under pressure, have good organizational skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property sales and winning instructions for sales and letting

• A valid UK driving license
• Individual who is ambitious with a willingness to progress
